Happy Broccoli Coming soon to iPhone

A to-do list for when you keep putting things off

Putting things off usually isn't laziness. A task feels too big, too vague, or too unpleasant to start. These small habits help, and Happy Broccoli is built around them.

Make the first step tiny

"Do taxes" is hard to start. "Find last year's tax form" is not. Write tasks as the next small step you can actually take, and give them a short time, even five minutes.

If it takes two minutes, do it now

Quick tasks pile up and make a list look heavier than it is. The Today screen reminds you: if it takes two minutes, tick it now.

One task at a time

Start a focus session for a single task. Fifteen minutes is enough to get going, and starting is usually the hardest part.

Notice what keeps moving

Some tasks slide from day to day. Happy Broccoli keeps track of how often a task has been moved, so you can spot it, make it smaller, or decide it doesn't matter.

Ask for a first step

When everything feels like too much, ask Broc, the app's AI helper, what to do first. It looks at your list and suggests where to begin.

Reward the progress, not perfection

Every finished task helps your broccoli grow, and even a slow day still grows one. Seeing something come out of your effort makes it easier to come back tomorrow.

Happy Broccoli is a planning app, not a medical tool or treatment.
